report a pothole site
After long and careful deliberation, we have made the difficult decision to disband our highly-successful and value-adding Pothole Brigade. This is a terrible disappointment to us as well as to you, the motorists of Gauteng.

Please note that you have until the end of May 2012 to report potholes for repair. The services of The Dial Direct Pothole Brigade will officially be suspended at the end of June 2012.

Before reporting a pothole site, please ensure that it falls within the area covered by the Pothole Brigade. Click here for details on the exact areas of operation.

We are currently operating in Ekurhuleni (the East Rand) and we also continue to work on the Gauteng Provincial Department of Roads and Transport (GPDRT) roads. Please note that our pilot-project with the Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA) came to an end in October 2011.

Report pothole sites within the JRA area that we used to service directly to them at hotline@jra.org.za. Click here to see the areas of operation within the JRA that we used to service.

To report a pothole, simply complete the form below, or dial *120*1551# from your cellphone (Std USSD rates apply) and follow the screen prompts. If you experience any problems with reporting your pothole, please send an email to enquiries@potholebrigade.co.za.
