Please note that the Dial Direct Pothole Brigade may encounter potholes which are not within their area of operation or their scope of repair, and these will be referred to the relevant roads agency.

• The scope of repair is limited to those potholes which are smaller than 1.5m x 1.5m x 0.15

Those potholes that are outside the scope of repair will be those that:

• Span across the road
• Those that are bigger then 1.5m x 1.5m x 0.15
• Have deep cracks and require resurfacing
• Have water or base damage.

Regardless of the size of the pothole, a pothole inspector will always be sent out to inspect the damage and it will either be repaired, and if too severe referred to the relevant roads agency.
